Role & responsibilities

• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls for international customers.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries professionally.
• Understand customer concerns and offer appropriate solutions.
• Maintain high standards of customer service, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
• Meet process targets related to quality, productivity, and customer experience.
• Follow company policies, process guidelines, and compliance requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 10th Pass Can Apply
• Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
• Good verbal communication skills in English are mandatory.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
• Comfortable working from the office in Bangalore.
• Good interpersonal skills, problem-solving ability, and a positive attitude.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
