Job Description 1: Customer Support Executive - Chat (International Hiring)

• Qualification: PUC (+2) or any Graduate degree
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in an international chat or voice process
• Language/Communication: Excellent English communication skills (Versant Level 6 required)
• Working Days: 5 days a week (Rotational week off)
• Shift Timings: 24/7 Rotational shifts
• Work Mode: Work from Office
• Transport: Two-way cab facility provided
• CTC: Up to 31,000/- per month (for experienced candidates)
• Take Home Salary: Up to 25,000/- per month
• Bonus: 4,000/- Quarterly Guaranteed Bonus (Non-performance linked)
• Unlimited Incentives - Based on performance

Job Description 2: Technical Support Executive - Chat (International Hiring)

• Qualification: PUC (+2) or any Graduate degree
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in an international Technical chat or voice process
• Language/Communication: Excellent English communication skills (Versant Level 6 required)
• Working Days: 5 days a week (Rotational week off)
• Shift Timings: 24/7 Rotational shifts
• Work Mode: Work from Office
• Transport: Two-way cab facility provided
• CTC: Up to 32,000/- per month (for experienced candidates)
• Take Home Salary: Up to 26,000/- per month
• Bonus: 4,000/- Quarterly Guaranteed Bonus (Non-performance linked)
• Unlimited Incentives - Based on performance
