We're Hiring!

We are conducting a Walk-in Drive for the following positions:

1. Interior Design Executive - Whitefield

Experience: Fresher 1 Year

An excellent opportunity for freshers and early-career professionals looking to build their career in interior design.

2. Interior Designer - Whitefield

Experience: 14 Years

For designers with hands-on experience in interior design and client-facing projects.

3. Senior Interior Designer - Whitefield

Experience: 5+ Years

For experienced professionals with strong expertise in design development, client management, project handling, and mentoring junior designers.

Key Responsibilities

Design Development

• Lead/contribute to the conceptualization and design development of interior projects.
• Develop and present project proposals, concepts, layouts, and designs to clients.
• Translate client requirements into functional and aesthetically appealing design solutions.

Client Interaction

• Consult with clients to understand their needs, preferences, lifestyle, and budgetary requirements.
• Provide expert design advice and solutions aligned with client expectations.
• Present design concepts and incorporate client feedback effectively.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with designers, architects, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Senior designers will mentor and guide junior designers.

Quality Control

• Ensure all design elements meet Chattels Design's quality standards and client expectations.
• Maintain attention to detail across design, materials, finishes, and overall aesthetics.

Trend Awareness

• Stay updated with the latest trends in interior design, materials, finishes, furniture, and technologies.
• Bring innovative and contemporary ideas to design projects.

Preferred Skills

• Strong understanding of interior design concepts, space planning, materials, and finishes.
• Good communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
• Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp is mandatory.
• Knowledge of 3ds Max, V-Ray, Revit, or other design software will be an advantage.
• Experience in residential interiors will be preferred.
