• Operate packaging machines such as blister packers, bottling machines, cartonators, primary packing machines, and secondary packing machines.
• Ensure efficient production by maintaining high-quality standards and meeting productivity targets.
• Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve overall plant goals.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
