Hiring: Pharmacist / Assistant Team Lead Tata 1mg

Location: Delhi | Department: B&M Retail

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day pharmacy and retail store operations.
• Ensure excellent customer service and prescription handling.
• Drive sales, diagnostics, private label and other business targets.
• Manage inventory, stock accuracy, expiry and inwarding processes.
• Ensure timely processing of omnichannel orders and customer queries.
• Lead and manage store teams, including roster, attendance and performance.
• Ensure pharmacy compliance, documentation and store hygiene.
• Support local marketing activities and business growth.

Eligibility:

• Pharmacist: D.Pharm/B.Pharm with valid State Pharmacy Council registration; 1–3 years’ experience preferred.
• Assistant Team Lead: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy/related field with 5–7 years’ retail pharmacy experience.
• Strong communication, customer service and team management skills.
• Knowledge of pharmacy regulations and compliance.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends/holidays.
