Walk in Drive- Imperia Relationship Manager

We are looking for an experienced Relationship Manager to manage and grow relationships with High Net-Worth (HNW) customers under the Imperia program. The role involves portfolio management, customer acquisition, cross-selling of banking and investment products, increasing wallet share, and delivering a high-quality customer experience while ensuring compliance and portfolio hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

Acquire, onboard, manage, and grow HNW/Imperia customer relationships through internal references and market sourcing.

Manage the existing HNI portfolio by deepening relationships, increasing product holdings, and maintaining portfolio hygiene.

Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets across liabilities, investments, insurance, and third-party products.

Identify customer needs based on financial objectives, life stage, and customer profiling, and recommend suitable banking products.

Drive cross-selling and product penetration across IPGH and other key banking propositions to increase wallet share.

Ensure error-free documentation and timely processing of account opening, service requests, and customer instructions.

Maintain strict adherence to KYC, AML, regulatory requirements, and internal audit guidelines.

Maintain operational discipline and hygiene as per defined 5S standards.

Execute customer engagement and marketing initiatives to improve product adoption and portfolio productivity.

Provide prompt and high-quality customer service and resolve customer queries within defined TAT.

Communicate regulatory updates, process changes, and new product offerings to customers.

Promote digital banking channels to improve customer convenience and service efficiency.

Ensure smooth portfolio handovers and provide backup support whenever required.
