Role & responsibilities :

• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNI) customers to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Acquiring new to Bank Imperia relationships and being a one-point contact for all financial needs and services.
• Cross-selling banking products and increasing wallet share while delivering a superior customer experience.
• Managing HNI portfolios, enhancing portfolio value, and ensuring quality customer service.
• Achieving revenue targets and maintaining portfolio hygiene through effective relationship management and advisory services.
