Role & responsibilities

• Generate new business through customer acquisition and gold loan sales.
• Identify prospective customers through field visits, references, lead follow-ups, and local market activities.
• Explain gold loan products, schemes, interest rates, and other terms to customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Conduct customer visits and support the complete gold loan application process.
• Coordinate with the branch team for KYC, documentation, valuation, and loan disbursement.
• Follow up with customers for renewals, interest payments, and loan-related requirements.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales and business targets.
• Generate customer references and develop business through existing customer relationships.
• Participate in local marketing and promotional activities to increase branch visibility and customer acquisition.
• Maintain accurate customer and lead information in the CRM system.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, operational procedures, and regulatory/compliance requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

Education:

Graduate In Any Field

Experience:

For CCE : 1-2 Years Experience In Sales(Gold Loan Background Preferred)

For GA : 2-4 Years Experience In Sales(Gold Loan Background Preferred)

For BM : 4-6 Years Experience In Sales With Mandatory Team Handling
