Walk-In Drive || HR & Operations Trainee || Noida

• Highest Education: BBA/MBA or any equivalent degree (2025-26 batch) Degree must be completed
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Location: Noida (Sector 68)
• Shifts: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Stipend: Rs 12,000 to Rs 15,000

What you will do?

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
• Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers for interview scheduling and follow-ups.
• Maintain and update employee records, recruitment trackers, and HR databases.
• Assist in conducting induction and training sessions for new joiners.
