Eligibility Criteria

• Must have experience in telesales related to banking products only.
• Strong proficiency in Hindi language (speaking and understanding).
• Excellent communication skills with persuasive ability.
• Educational qualification: Any UG degree.
• Age limit: Up to 33 years only.
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
• Timings: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers for banking products.
• Explain product features and benefits clearly and convincingly in Hindi.
• Achieve assigned sales targets through effective telecalling.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow-up support.
