Role & responsibilities

We are hiring Graduate Apprentices under NATS (National Apprenticeship Training Scheme) for our Mumbai office (Hiranandani, Powai).

What you'll do

• Work in our Global Business Services (GBS) team on insurance claims and policy processing
• Keep records and data accurate in internal systems
• Learn global processes, follow quality and confidentiality standards, and meet timelines

Who can apply

• B.Com / BBA graduates (2024, 2025 or 2026 pass-outs). Other graduates are welcome too.
• Good spoken and written English
• Can work from our Powai office 5 days a week and join immediately

Eligibility (Mandatory as per NATS)

• Must be a fresher with no PF (UAN) or ESIC (IP number) ever generated..
• Not already contracted with another organisation on the NATS portal.
• Not enrolled under NAPS or PMIS.
