Role - Consultant - HR Experience

As a Consultant - HR Experience, you will be responsible for :-

• Handling Day-to-day production activities which includes all HR processes (Hire to retire), along with vendor coordination and invoicing.
• Ensuring seamless execution of defined HR processes within defined timelines
• Ensuring wow employee experience across all HR processes
• Responsible for timely Escalation of anomalies so that further action is taken.
• Ensuring process compliance is achieved.
• Adhere to the process guidelines published and amended from time to time.
• Handling employees compensation issues, coordinating monthly payroll activities to ensure SLA of project is met.
• Vendor cost negotiation (at times, if required), vendor cost comparison and analysis
• Understanding of the vendor and client SOW & MSA
• Client interaction and coordination
• Responsible for monthly audits of the system data to check for inaccuracies or missing information to ensure data integrity.
• Maintenance of respective process trackers, documents, and customer assets
• Ensure timely follow up and closures with the stakeholders on their respective processes.
• Ensure the promised or expected SLA compliance is achieved.
• Preparing reports for respective process
• Responsible for providing all required information to and answering all HR queries from candidates/employees/clients assigned to them.
• Maintaining integrity and confidentiality of all the documents/ data pertaining to employee records and employee information

Preferred candidate profile: MBA-HR - 2024/2025/2026 Passout

Eligibility:

• 70% or above mandatory across educational qualifications
• No active backlogs
• Good Communication skill is required
