Process

International Customer Support Voice Process

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Support International Voice Process (Inbound calls)
• Willing to work in night shifts (US time zones)
• Good English verbal and written skills required.
• Preferred candidates willing to work with International BPO Industry
• Provide product and service information to customers.
• Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.
• Respond to customer's issues on TAT

Salary

• Freshers: Up to 23k in hand
• Experienced: Up to 28k in hand

Shift Details

• Flexible to work in any shift
• 5 Days Working
• Rotational Week Offs
