Job Discription:

We are looking for experienced women professionals with a strong background in Construction Equipment Sales and Equipment Financing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales of construction equipment such as excavators, loaders, cranes, and heavy machinery.
• Manage and close high-value deals of 11.5 crore.
• Handle equipment financing through Banks/NBFCs, including loans, leasing, and hire purchase.
• Develop relationships with contractors, infrastructure companies, fleet owners, and developers.
• Identify new business opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Manage customer relationships and financial negotiations from lead generation to deal closure.
