Job Discription:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager New/Used Car Loans with strong experience in DSA management and channel sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Used Car Loan business through DSA and dealer channels.
• Manage, develop and onboard DSA partners to generate business.
• Build relationships with used car dealers, brokers and channel partners.
• Achieve monthly sales/disbursement targets.
• Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement.
• Monitor DSA productivity, portfolio quality and business performance.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the DSA network.
