Job Discription:

Role Overview:

Responsible for driving Asset business through assigned branches by collaborating with Asset BUs (RA / MIB / SEB) and branch liability teams. Act as an enabler for lead generation, customer engagement, and conversions across Retail & SME Asset products.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive asset penetration through existing liability relationships.
• Filter & assign asset leads to product teams; ensure followup till disbursement.
• Attend customer meetings; pitch asset products & support conversions.
• Conduct joint visits, loan camps, training & branch activation activities.
• Selfsource and convert digital & field leads.
• Crosssell Asset Products.
• Ensure TATbased service and customer satisfaction.
• Provide market insights to product teams.
