As a Trainee Retail Associate, you'll receive hands-on training, learn global retail standards, and gain real store experience. High-performing trainees may be considered for full-time Retail Associate positions based on performance and business requirements.
Employment Details
* 3-month contractual period
* 5 working days per week (rotational shifts & rotational weekly offs)
* Salary: 25,000 CTC
* Overtime allowance
* Earned Leave
* Provident Fund
What Youll Do
* Maintain store presentation and stock (Tiding, folding, cleaning & replenishment)
* Deliver outstanding customer service (Assist customer on shopfloor, fitting rooms & Billing counter)
* Support daily store operations
* Assist customers with product selection and styling
* Learn UNIQLOs retail standards and customer-first approach
