Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex supplier onboarding and qualification activities.
• Review supplier compliance, contracts, and documentation.
• Support RFx, supplier evaluations, and sourcing activities.
• Handle escalations and perform root cause analysis.
• Conduct quality reviews and mentor team members.
• Support audits and healthcare regulatory compliance.
• Drive process improvements and SOP updates.

Experience & Domain Expertise

• Experience in Source-to-Contract / Strategic Sourcing / Supplier Management.
• Healthcare, hospital, pharmaceutical, or medical device procurement experience preferred.
• Knowledge of supplier onboarding, contract lifecycle, and vendor governance.

• Coordinate with sourcing, finance, and hospital stakeholders.
