Role & responsibilities

• Handling customer queries via calls.
• Follow up on customer complaints until closure.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Handle incoming/outgoing calls with empathy & resolve issues
• Selling product
• Achieve target

Preferred candidate profile

• Good Communication skills.
• Fresher's Experience both can apply.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
• Basic knowledge of computers and Excel
• Shift: (Rotational shift) Female Day shifts
• Salary - starts from 15,000 in hand , upto 28k CTC
