Role & responsibilities

• Handle cash and non-cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Process customer requests such as:
• Cash deposits and withdrawals
• Cheque processing
• Demand drafts
• Account servicing requests
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries.
• Promote and cross-sell banking products such as:
• Savings Accounts
• Current Accounts
• Fixed Deposits
• Insurance Products
• Investment Products
• Ensure operational accuracy, compliance, and adherence to bank policies.
• Deliver a positive customer experience to improve customer retention and referrals.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BA, B.Sc preferred).
• 0 to 5 years of experience in Banking, Financial Services, Customer Service, or Sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of banking products and branch operations.
• Customer-centric approach with the ability to handle queries and resolve issues effectively.
• Strong cross-selling and relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage cash and non-cash transactions accurately.
• Basic knowledge of KYC, account opening, and banking compliance processes.
