Walk-in Drive For Operators / Technicians in Injectable Manufacturing

Role & responsibilities: -

• Machine Operation: Set up, operate, and change over critical sterile machinery including high-speed washing machines, depyrogenation tunnels, aseptic filling lines, sealing machines, and autoclaves.
• Lyophilizer Handling: Load and unload lyophilized (freeze-dried) vials manually or via automated loading systems, ensuring strict adherence to temperature and vacuum protocols.
• Aseptic Cleanroom Practices: Work strictly within Grade A/B cleanroom environments, adhering to rigorous gowning procedures and sterile behavioral guidelines to prevent contamination.
• Line Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve mechanical or operational issues on the production line in real-time to minimize downtime and avoid batch rejection.
• Component Preparation: Execute the washing, sterilization, and preparation of machine parts, change parts, rubber stoppers, and aluminum seals.
• Online Documentation: Complete and maintain machine logs, area cleaning logs, and equipment utilization records concurrently with strict compliance with data integrity rules.
• Environmental Monitoring Support: Assist production officers in conducting routine environmental monitoring, active/passive air sampling, and particle counter operations on the line.
• Media Fill Participation: Actively participate in routine media fill validation runs to demonstrate personal qualification for aseptic filling operations.
• Material Handling & Housekeeping: Perform chemical weighing/dispensing support, line clearance, and strict sanitization of the cleanroom area using validated disinfectants.
• Safety & GMP Adherence: Follow all Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) guidelines and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) during the shift.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience Required: - 3 to 10 Years
• Educational Qualification Required - Diploma / ITI
