Walk-in Drive For KYC / AML

Job Summary:
We are looking for a KYC/AML professional with experience in customer due diligence, transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, and financial crime compliance. The candidate will be responsible for reviewing customer profiles, identifying potential risks, conducting investigations, and ensuring compliance with applicable AML/KYC regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform KYC/CDD/EDD reviews for new and existing customers.
• Verify customer identity and supporting documents.
• Conduct customer risk assessments and identify high-risk customers.
• Perform AML screening against sanctions, PEP, adverse media, and watchlists.
• Review and investigate transaction monitoring alerts for suspicious activity.
• Identify red flags related to money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, and other financial crimes.
• Prepare and maintain investigation records and case documentation.
• Escalate suspicious activity in accordance with internal AML policies and procedures.
• Conduct periodic and event-driven KYC reviews/remediation.
• Ensure customer information is accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Support internal/external audits and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of applicable AML/KYC regulations and company policies.

Required Skills & Experience

• Atlease 6 months of Experience
• Fresher are not Eligible
• Strong understanding of KYC, AML, CDD, EDD, PEP, sanctions, and adverse media screening.
• Experience analyzing customer profiles and transaction activity.
• Good investigative and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Ability to identify AML red flags and make risk-based decisions.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with KYC/AML tools and case-management systems is an advantage.

Education

• Any Graduate or Undergraduate, as per company eligibility criteria.
