Shift: Night(6.30PM to 3.30AM)

Walk-in Date: 2nd Nov 2026 to 4th Nov 2026

Walk-in Time: 10.30 AM - 1 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Create, modify, and disable user accounts in Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
• Monitor server performance, storage, backups, and system health.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and application issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Assist in patch management, antivirus deployment, and security compliance.
• Support VPN, Wi-Fi, LAN/WAN, and basic network administration tasks.
• Monitor helpdesk tickets and resolve incidents within agreed SLAs.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
• Perform regular system backups and recovery testing.
• Escalate complex issues to senior administrators when required.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 0- 2 years of experience in system administration or IT support.
• Basic knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration.
• Understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, VPN, VLAN, and firewall basics.
