Job Role: We are hiring Customer Service Associates (CSA Voice) for our international voice process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound international voice calls, effectively communicating with customers across diverse markets.
• Engage with existing and prospective customers to understand their needs and build strong relationships.
• Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable products and services based on their needs.
• Resolve customer queries and concerns related to products, services, and processes in a timely manner.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and solution-oriented communication.
• Support customer retention by addressing concerns effectively and delivering a positive customer experience.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, call details, and interaction information.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: 10+2 (Mandatory), Diploma (3 years), Undergraduates, BE/B.Tech, or Graduates (any stream)

Experience: Minimum 1 yr to 3 yrs experience required Excellent English communication skills

Immediate joiners preferred

Benefits: Salary package up to 3 to 4 LPA (Based on assessment score's)
