Walk-in Drive For HR Generalist

Walk-In Dates: 28 Sep - 30 Sep 2026 (Mon- Wed)

Walk-In Time: 3 PM - 6 PM

Shift Timings: 3 PM- 12 AM (or) 4 PM - 1 AM

We are looking for 2+ years of experience in HR Generalist to handle our day-to-day HR operations. You will support our team across recruitment, onboarding, attendance, employee relations, and policy compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end in-house recruitment and candidate screening.

Plan and execute employee engagement, recognition, and wellness initiatives.

Conduct employee onboarding, orientation, and exit formalities.

Track daily attendance, leaves, and maintain HR records.

Address employee queries and foster a positive workplace culture.

Ensure company policies and labour compliance are followed.

Required Skills:

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Hands-on experience with HR software/HRMS and spreadsheets.

Great interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
