Role:

We are looking for a graduate finance fresher for banking operations role. The ideal candidate should have good communication and analytical skills, be open to learning and adapting, and be a quick learner.

Other requirements:

Candidates should not have any active UAN, since we are completely looking for a Graduate/MBA Fresher.

Job Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Analyze data to identify issues and trends
• Document and report findings accurately
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and policies
• Graduate degree in Finance or related field
• Good communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt
• Previous internship or project experience in finance
• Knowledge of banking operations

Shifts timings: Rotational Shifts 24*5 (Including night shift) Must be ready to work in any shift allocated by Management as per process and Client Requirement.

Week Off : Saturday & Sunday
