Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused fresh graduates to join our Order to Cash (O2C) Customer Service team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting customer order management, coordinating with internal stakeholders, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth order fulfillment through the end-to-end O2C process.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders from order receipt to delivery.
• Process sales orders accurately in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Respond to customer queries via email, phone, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance, and Warehouse teams to ensure order fulfillment.
• Track shipment status and proactively communicate updates to customers.
• Handle order modifications, cancellations, and returns as required.
• Assist in resolving customer complaints and service-related issues.
• Support invoice-related inquiries and collaborate with Accounts Receivable teams.
• Maintain accurate customer records and transaction documentation.
• Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Management, Economics, Arts, Science, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to work in shifts if required.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes is an advantage.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics) is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
