1. Business Consultant: Sales & Marketing (5 positions)

• Understand client business needs and help shape the right Zoho solution
• Support pre-sales: discovery calls, solution demos and proposals
• Work on marketing campaigns, lead generation and pipeline management
• Interact with business owners and leadership teams across geographies

2. Business Consultant: HR (5 positions)

• Work on HR technology implementations (Zoho People, Recruit, Payroll) for clients
• Map HR processes from hiring and onboarding to payroll and exit, and help automate them
• Support internal HR operations and talent acquisition
• Gain exposure to statutory compliance and HR best practices across industries

3. Business Consultant: Operations (5 positions)

• Coordinate client implementation projects, including timelines, tasks and deliverables
• Map business workflows and document SOPs and requirements
• Work with data, reporting and dashboards to track project health
• Act as the bridge between clients and solution/technical teams

Preferred candidate profile

Who Should Walk In

• B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science and MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing, HR or Operations (both degrees mandatory)
• [2025 / 2026] pass-outs
• Minimum 60% (or 6.0 CGPA) throughout academics, with no active backlogs
• Strong written and spoken English communication
• Comfortable with Excel and basic data handling; logical, structured thinker
• Curious about how technology solves business problems
• Willing to work from Bengaluru and travel to client locations as needed
