Role & responsibilities

Generate home loan leads through outbound calling and other sourcing activities.
Achieve assigned monthly sales and business targets.
Identify potential customers and assess their loan requirements.
Explain home loan products, interest rates, eligibility criteria, and benefits to customers.
Convert leads into loan applications and disbursements.
Maintain regular follow-up with prospects for lead conversion.
Collect and verify customer documents as per bank guidelines.
Ensure completion of KYC and compliance requirements.
Coordinate with credit, operations, legal, and technical teams for loan processing.
Track loan applications from login to disbursement stage.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Provide prompt resolution to customer queries and concerns.
Cross-sell banking products such as insurance, credit cards, accounts, and investments.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Monitor competitor products and market trends.

Preferred candidate profile

2 - 7 years of experience in banking/customer service

Age Less than 33Years

Job Locations : T Nagar, Sowcarpet, Adyar, Kodambakkam, Nungambakkam, Anna Salai, Egmore , Veppery , Velachery.
