We are conducting a direct walk-in drive for experienced Mechanical Design Engineers to support multiple automotive design and product development requirements.

Qualification: BE / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical, Automobile or relevant engineering discipline

Job Description

Candidates with hands-on experience in automotive component design, 3D modeling, detailing, assembly design and new product development are encouraged to attend.

Open Positions

• Creo Design Engineers: Mechanical component design, assemblies, detailing and product development.
• Casting Design Engineers: Automotive castings, component development, manufacturing drawings and design for manufacturability.
• Sheet Metal Design Engineers: Sheet metal components, brackets, fabrication design, flat patterns and detailing.
• Plastic Component / Fit & Finish Design Engineers: Injection-molded plastics, surface modeling, A-surface/B-surface and component integration.
• Chassis & Frame Design Engineers: Motorcycle/scooter chassis, mainframe, subframe, swingarm, brackets and related components.

• CATIA Design Engineers: Automotive component design, BIW, Sheet metal, Chassis, seating and related product development.
• Vehicle Integration Engineers: Vehicle packaging, component integration, clearances and interface management.

• Required Skills
• Hands-on experience in Creo, CATIA V5
• Knowledge of 3D modeling, Reverse Engineering, Remastering, assembly design, 2D drawings, GD&T and engineering documentation.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, tolerances and design for manufacturability.
• Automotive or two-wheeler industry experience preferred others with good domain or CAD knowledge can also apply.
• Candidates with relevant experience in component development and production support are encouraged to apply.
