Job description for AR Caller:

No. of Openings: 25

Duties and Responsibilities:

1) Follow up with payer to check on claim status with better use of Web portals.

2) Responsible for calling Insurance companies on behalf of doctors and follow up on the

outstanding accounts.

3) Prioritize the pending claims for calling from the aging bucket.

4) Identify denial reason and work on the resolution.

5) Timely follow up on the claims without getting those written off.

6) Escalate difficult collection issues to management in a timely manner.

7) Meeting daily/weekly and monthly targets set for an individual.

8) Good Knowledge of Billing and making edits.

9) To be able to work on adjustments, write-offs, and special projects.

10) Ability to learn quickly and provide training to others.

Job Description for Call Center:

No. of Openings: 5

We are looking for call center representatives for the International Voice Process (Patient Calling).

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling basic Customer queries related to Medical Billing.
• Should have excellent Communication.
• Should have Basic computer knowledge
• Candidates should be willing to work in US shift

Preferred candidate profile

Any Graduate with Excellent Communication Skills and ready to join immediately.

Interview Date: 17th - 18th Sep 2026 (Thursday and Friday)

Interview Time: 3 PM onwards

Shift: Night Shift (5PM - 2 AM or 6PM - 3AM)
