Aspire Systems is currently hiring B.Com Freshers for our Finance & Accounts Team.

Time : 8:30 am to 12:30 pm.

Role : Revenue Accounting & Accounts Receivable

Position : Trainee

Experience Range: NA - Fresher

Employment Type: Full-Time (Permanent)

Location: Chennai (Siruseri)

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Support revenue recognition activities and review billing-related documents such as contracts, SOWs, and purchase orders.
• Assist in customer invoicing, billing validation, and monitoring revenue-related schedules.
• Perform reconciliations, prepare supporting schedules, and assist with month-end,
• quarter-end, and year-end close activities.
• Maintain documentation and support internal audits, statutory audits, and compliance requirements.
• Assist with revenue reporting, variance analysis, and tracking key business metrics.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and process improvement initiatives.
• Participate in ERP-related activities and maintain process documentation.

Required Qualification : B.Com (Any Specialization) - Preferably 2026 & 2025 pass-outs (with no history of arrears)

Required Skills : Good Accounting Knowledge , Communication Skills and Proficiency in MS-Excel.
