About the Role

• The Back Office Staff member will be engaged on a 2-year fixed-term contract to drive system data readiness, branch go-live preparations, and audit compliance across regional branches.
• The Back Office Staff member will serve on a 2-year fixed-term contract within the Information Technology function to lead master data governance, spatial mapping accuracy, system parameter configuration, and operational compliance. This role plays an indispensable part in preparing branch systems for deployment by verifying data integrity, supporting go-live operational transitions, and enforcing critical quality gates across all regional branches.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as Back Office Staff on a 2-year fixed-term contract to support system data readiness, branch go-live preparations, and audit compliance across regional branches.
• Clean and update customer master data across commercial and residential accounts to ensure data accuracy.
• Verify and correct GPS location coordinates for customer premises, branch locations, and field personnel.
• Perform spatial mapping by setting up and auditing service area boundaries, out-of-town zones, and technician routes.
• Adjust and fine-tune operational service timing standards, route parameters, and schedule settings.
• Conduct Branch Warrant of Fitness (BWOF) compliance audits across core operational framework pillars.
• Enforce critical quality checks, including contract verification, location tracking coverage, and calendar schedule setups.
• Provide hands-on go-live support during branch rollouts to help teams meet required readiness target scores.
• Review data exception logs and resolve system issues promptly to maintain operational continuity.

Key Result Areas:

• 100% geocode and GPS coordinate completeness across active premises, service locations, and field personnel.
• Achievement of target Branch Warrant of Fitness (BWOF) readiness compliance scores (>90%) prior to branch go-live.
• Precise spatial service area mapping, polygon boundary definitions, and technician route parameter configurations.
• Zero non-negotiable audit failures and timely remediation of data exceptions across assigned branch deployment batches.
• Seamless go-live transitions through structured operational support and active stakeholder collaboration.

Competencies (Skills essential to the role)

• Advanced proficiency in master data management, address sanitization, and GIS/GPS mapping systems.
• Strong grasp of operational audit frameworks, quality assurance metrics, and compliance governance.
• Analytical mindset with rigorous attention to detail for identifying and resolving data anomalies.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to oversee cross-functional branch validation tasks.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with regional branch teams and central IT leaders.

Educational Qualification / Other Requirement:

• Any Graduate, or a related discipline
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in data administration, system operations, or branch support roles.
• Basic understanding of software development processes and technologies
