Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Technical Recruiter with 3-6 years of experience in end-to-end SEMCON hiring. The ideal candidate should have experience recruiting for niche engineering and product development domains, including Embedded Systems, Linux, Android, Semiconductor, Automotive, and Firmware technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Understand technical requirements and create effective sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, referrals, job portals, and networking channels.
• Screen and assess candidate profiles based on technical and behavioral competencies.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical panels.
• Manage offer negotiations and candidate engagement activities.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and hiring dashboards.
• Build proactive talent pipelines for niche skills and upcoming hiring needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely closure of open positions.
• Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• End-to-end Technical Recruitment.
• Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter and job portals.
• Experience hiring for:Linux Device Driver (LDD)
• Android BSP / HAL
• Embedded C/C++
• RTOS
• Firmware Development
• Semiconductor Validation & Verification
• Automotive Embedded Systems
• Virtualization
• FPGA / Emulation / Simulation
• Good understanding of engineering skill sets and technology landscapes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Experience working with product engineering, semiconductor, or embedded clients.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
