Role & responsibilities

• Acquire new customers and salary accounts through corporate tie-ups, employee induction programs, field activities and lead-generation initiatives.
• Engage with corporate employees and key stakeholders to generate leads and build a strong pipeline of prospective customers.
• Explain banking products, features and benefits to customers and recommend suitable solutions based on their requirements.
• Assist customers with account opening, including application completion, documentation and digital account-opening journeys.
• Ensure adherence to KYC and documentation requirements while sourcing and processing customer accounts.
• Cross-sell relevant banking products and services to enhance customer engagement and business productivity.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales and productivity targets for account acquisition and cross-sell.
• Regularly follow up with sourced customers to support account activation, funding and salary-credit initiation.
• Maintain daily sales activity and customer follow-up records and coordinate effectively with branch and internal teams.
• Participate actively in field sales and corporate activities, demonstrating strong communication, interpersonal skills, teamwork and a proactive sales approach.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: Any Graduate
• Experience: Freshers OR candidates with up to 5 years of experience in Sales, Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Fintech, Telecom, Retail or other customer-facing sales roles.
