Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, or chats with empathy and professionalism.
  
• Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-6 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment, preferably in a similar role (Customer Service Voice Process).
  
• Excellent communication skills in English language for effective interaction with international clients.
  
• Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as per business requirements.
  
• Salary Voice Process
  • 6-12 Months: 19,000 In-hand
  • 12+ Months: 22,000 In-hand
  • 24+ Months: 23,000 In-hand

• Salary Blended Process
  • 6-12 Months: Up to 24,000 In-hand
  • 12-24 Months: Up to 26,000 In-hand
  • 24+ Months: Up to 28,000 In-hand

• Shift Timings
  • Male: 8 AM 12 AM
  • Female: 7 AM – 8 PM
