Role & responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of BelleVies product, customers, and operational processes, and implement effective business development plans and activities accordingly, in their assigned geographies and societies

• Act as an on-ground subject matter expert for community living and BelleVies propositions, ensuring smooth conversion and onboarding support .

• Identify and pursue leads through walk-ins, cold calling, referrals, and digital marketing initiatives. This is a field specific role with a decent chunk to be spent in the zone assigned

• Manage and retain relationships with existing clients while generating referral business and partnership opportunities.
• Arrange business meetings, conduct presentations, and deliver product demonstrations to prospective clients and stakeholders.
• Prepare business proposals and negotiate with key decision makers, both internally and externally.

Preferred candidate profile

• 2-5 years of experience, preferably in a startup, FMCG, NBFC, Community Business, Quick Commerce and E-Commerce businesses.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Flexibility to travel as required for client meetings or other business-related activities.
