Role & responsibilities :

• Customer Engagement: Maintaining continuous customer engagement through visits and proactive resolution of issues and queries.
• Portfolio Management: Monitoring the health of the portfolio of retail current accounts, including on-boarding, activation, value build-up, and maintaining AQB.
• Product and Market Penetration: Focusing on profile-based selling for cross-selling of value-added products and services.
• Acquisition of New Customers: Acquiring new liability customers through referrals and conducting catchment activities for lead generation.
• Customization: Customizing current accounts to meet client requirements and offering proper payment/collection solutions.
• Operations: Ensuring forms are filled accurately and processed within the stipulated time to ensure smooth operations.
