• Product design Feasibility study, Process & technology benchmarking
• Product design, development & validation CAD preparation, TPL creation, DML releases DCR creation along with change part list Benchmarking & Tear-down Cost reduction & cost management Added advantage if having knowledge of spot welding (AB3) Manage a team of engineers & allocation of work Product design, freezing layout & packaging Release RFQ, with technical inputs & product characteristics Co-ordination with supplier, finalizing technical scope, preparing synopsis Interaction with various department Preparation of Design Guidelines
