Experience:

Structural Engineer: 1-3 Years

Sr./Lead Structural Engineer: 3-8 Years

Open Positions:

1. Structural Engineer (30 Nos) | Experience: 1-3 Years

Skill Requirements:

• Staad Pro, ETABS, Ideastatica or RISA
• Experience in the design of steel structures for Data centers, Buildings, Infrastructure, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power, Metals & Minerals Processing, and other industrial sectors.
• Perform structural calculations for simple design applications.
• Carry out engineering design for MEP applications using modular support systems, including the basic design of related products, anchors, anchor channels, and direct fastening systems, using hand calculations.
• Ensure proper engineering documentation, including design reports and project design submittals.
• Demonstrate proficiency in civil and structural engineering software such as STAAD.Pro, ETABS, IDEA StatiCa, MAT3D, or RISA.
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards, including Eurocodes, ACI, and AISC.
• Independently execute assigned tasks, including structural calculations and technical submittals, through effective planning and prioritization.
• Take ownership and accountability for assigned scopes of work, ensuring high-quality deliverables, effective time management, and compliance with company processes.
• Develop a holistic understanding of the roles and responsibilities of internal stakeholders who support business operations.
• Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning, professional growth, and functional development.

2. Sr./Lead Structural Engineer (10 Nos) | Experience: 1-3 Years

• Staad Pro, ETABS, Ideastatica or RISA
• Experience in the design of steel structures for Data centers, Buildings, Infrastructure, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power, Metals & Minerals Processing, and other industrial sectors.
• Perform structural calculations for simple design applications.
• Carry out engineering design for MEP applications using modular support systems, including the basic design of related products, anchors, anchor channels, and direct fastening systems, using hand calculations.
• Ensure proper engineering documentation, including design reports and project design submittals.
• Demonstrate proficiency in civil and structural engineering software such as STAAD.Pro, ETABS, IDEA StatiCa, MAT3D, or RISA.
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards, including Eurocodes, ACI, and AISC.
• Prepare and derive Bills of Materials (BOMs) and explain engineering solutions to other functions, such as Supply Chain, Sales, and Field Engineering, to support further processing.
• Take ownership and accountability for assigned scopes of work, ensuring high-quality deliverables, effective time management, and compliance with company processes.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning, professional growth, and functional development
