Affluent Relationship Manager - HH (CASA)

Role & responsibilities

• Acquire new HNI clients and expand existing relationships through strategic sales planning and execution.
• Conduct in-depth profiling of clients to understand their financial needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Drive business across liabilities, assets, and fee-based products to enhance relationship value and revenue.
• Perform regular portfolio reviews and present investment options aligned with client goals.
• Maintain consistent client engagement through weekly/monthly calls and meetings.
• Resolve client queries within defined turnaround times to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client onboarding.
• Organize and participate in special sales initiatives, client events, and engagement activities.
• Ensure strict adherence to bank policies and regulatory guidelines in all client interactions.
• Continuously identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to increase wallet share and client stickiness.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate/ Postgraduate
• MBA / PGDM (Preferred).
• At least 4 years of experience managing HNI clients is required.
• Good Communication Skills Required.
