SMFG India Credit Co. Ltd. is conducting a Walk-in Drive for Accounts Payable Executive professionals with experience in Banking, NBFC, or Financial Services.

Role: Accounts Payable Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Process vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and payment requests accurately within defined timelines.
• Verify invoices against supporting documents and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable activities including invoice booking, payment processing, and reconciliations.
• Process banking transactions through NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, and other payment modes.
• Maintain vendor master records and coordinate with vendors for payment-related queries.
• Perform vendor account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
• Maintain payment trackers, MIS reports, and Accounts Payable documentation.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for approvals and payment processing.
• Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, audit requirements, and financial policies.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable processes and vendor management.
• Experience in invoice processing, payment processing, and account reconciliation.
• Good understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Tally, or similar platforms.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.
• Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Experience in Banking, NBFC, BFSI, or Financial Services Industry preferred.
• Qualification: Any UG Degree (Commerce/Finance background preferred).
• Age Limit: Up to 35 years.
• Candidates must be currently employed (unemployed candidates will not be considered).
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday.
• Work Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
