Work Mode: Hybrid 

We are conducting a Walk-In Drive for passionate and target-oriented Recruiters to join our growing recruitment team!

1. IT Recruiter

• 6 months – 3 years of IT recruitment experience
• Strong sourcing and screening skills
• Good understanding of IT technologies and profiles
• Excellent communication and candidate management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

2. BFSI Non-IT Recruiter

• 6 months – 7 years of recruitment experience
• Prior experience in BFSI Non-IT recruitment preferred
• Strong sourcing, screening & stakeholder management skills
• Good knowledge of BFSI Non-IT roles and talent market
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
