Walk-in || Domestic Ticketing Executive

Role & Responsibilities

• Handle domestic flight bookings and ticket issuance.
• Manage PNR creation, fare calculations, and ticket modifications.
• Process rescheduling, cancellations, and refunds.
• Work on Amadeus and Galileo GDS systems.
• Resolve ticketing issues and handle customer queries.
• Follow airline policies and IATA guidelines.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in domestic ticketing and travel operations.
• Knowledge of Amadeus, Galileo, IATA, and airline fare rules.
• Hands-on experience in PNR, rescheduling, cancellations, and refunds.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
