Job Description

We are looking for a Domestic IT Recruiter with 13 years of experience in end-to-end IT recruitment and C2H hiring.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end Domestic IT recruitment from sourcing to joining.
• Manage C2H (Contract-to-Hire) requirements.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other job portals.
• Screen candidates based on skills, experience, notice period, and requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain regular candidate follow-ups.
• Handle CTC negotiation, offer closure, and joining coordination.
• Maintain candidate trackers and recruitment pipelines.
• Achieve individual and team recruitment targets.

Required Skills

• 13 years of Domestic IT Recruitment experience.
• C2H experience is mandatory.
• Strong end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Good sourcing and candidate screening skills.
• Experience with Naukri and LinkedIn.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Preferred Candidates from IT staffing / recruitment consultancy companies with hands-on C2H and FTE hiring experience are preferred.
