Walk-in || Domestic Recruiter/IT Recruiter

We are looking for a motivated Domestic Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for India-based roles. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, good communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for domestic (India) hiring requirements
• Understand job requirements from hiring managers
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases
• Screen and shortlist profiles based on client requirements
• Conduct initial HR screening calls
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain candidate database and track recruitment status
• Follow up with candidates for feedback and offer discussions

Required Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of recruitment lifecycle
• Ability to work on multiple requirements
• Strong sourcing and screening skills
