• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Domestic IT requirements.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and referrals.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience, CTC, and notice period.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure timely candidate follow-ups.
• Understand client requirements and provide relevant profiles.
• Maintain candidate data and recruitment trackers/ATS.
• Negotiate offers and ensure successful candidate joining.
• Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.

Preferred candidate profile

• 2-3 years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment
• Good understanding of the Indian IT hiring market
• Experience recruiting across multiple IT technologies
• Strong sourcing and screening skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good negotiation and follow-up skills
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
