Walk-in || Documentation Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Handle receiving and dispatch documentation.
• Perform GRO/RO data entries accurately.
• Verify invoices, delivery challans, and quantities.
• Maintain daily records and reports.
• Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
• Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.
• Experience in data entry, warehouse receiving, and dispatch documentation preferred.
• Knowledge of GRO/RO entries is an advantage.
• Good communication, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain records and meet daily deadlines.
