Walk-in || Document Collection - Field Visit

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Executive to handle the closure process of corporate sales leads for Vodafone Idea (VI) postpaid SIM cards. Unlike a sales-hunting role, this position focuses exclusively on converting company-provided leads into successful activations by completing all necessary fulfilment steps, including DKYC, documentation, and compliance requirements.The ideal candidate should have experience in customer handling, documentation, and a service-oriented approach to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle leads provided by the company and ensure timely closure.
• Conduct digital KYC (DKYC) and collect required documents from clients as per company guidelines.
• Ensure accurate submission and verification of documents to avoid rejections.
• Coordinate with backend teams for smooth activation and fulfilment.
• Provide clear communication to clients regarding required documents, processes, and timelines.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by delivering a hassle-free onboarding experience.
• Track and update closure status in internal systems/reports.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum education: 12th Pass (Graduation preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales fulfilment, telecom, BFSI, or field operations.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-service approach.
• Basic knowledge of documentation processes (KYC/DKYC).
• Ability to work independently and meet closure timelines.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Role Focus

• No lead generation required  leads will be provided by the company.
• Responsible only for closure, DKYC, and documentation submission.
• Must ensure smooth, compliant, and timely fulfilment.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary Range: 21,000 23,000 per month (based on interview performance).
• Conveyance Allowance
