Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Dispatch Executive to manage the timely and accurate dispatch of materials and project-related items. The candidate will be responsible for preparing Delivery Challans, coordinating transportation, maintaining dispatch records, and ensuring smooth delivery to project sites and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare Delivery Challans (DCs) in Tally based on project and dispatch requirements.
• Verify material details, quantities, project/site details, and other information before creating the DC.
• Coordinate with the Production, Stores, Project, and Accounts teams for dispatch requirements.
• Arrange vehicles and coordinate with drivers and transporters.
• Ensure proper packing, loading, and documentation before dispatch.
• Share Delivery Challan and dispatch details with the concerned site/project team.
• Track dispatched materials and follow up until delivery is completed.
• Collect and maintain delivery acknowledgement/proof of delivery (POD).
• Maintain daily dispatch records, vehicle details, DCs, and delivery documents.
• Coordinate with site teams regarding delivery schedules and requirements.
• Handle and resolve delivery-related issues through proper coordination.
• Prepare regular dispatch reports and provide updates to management.

Qualification

• Any Graduate / Diploma.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in Dispatch / Logistics / Stores / Transportation coordination.
• Candidates must have practical experience in Tally and Delivery Challan preparation.
